Drawing of Abraham Burrows, JP, printed in the Leigh Journal newspaper on the 30 August 1901. Abraham was the Chair of the directors of the Howe Bridge Cotton Spinning Company and Chair of Fletcher, Burrows and Company. He was also a member of the Atherton Local Board and served as Chair.
