Additional Information | Son of Thomas Rigby, of 108 Hope Street, Leigh and Bedford, Lancaster. At the time of his enlistment Benjamin Rigby was living at 139 Vine Street, Wallsend-on-Tyne. His next of kin was later given as his wife, Annie Rigby, of 15 Noble Street, Leigh, Lancashire. He enlisted in the RNVR 16 November 1914, transferred to Collingwood Battalion 'D' Company, 1st Platoon 4 March 1915. [Additional information supplied by P.
