Olympic Sprinter McDonald Bailey presents a cup to Mr Charnock, the winner of a knockout bowling competition at Tyldesley Liberal Club. McDonald Bailey was the bronze medallist in the 100m event at the 1952 Helsinki Olympics. The Chaiman on Tyldesley UDC also appears to be at the presentation.
