The attendants are young girls dressed in white and carrying staffs decorated with ribbon. A young boy wearing a cape and a headdress is seated next to the May Queen. Another young boy, wearing a headdress sits at the May Queen's feet. A teacher (?) is with the children. Class charts can be seen on the wall in the background. Date circa early twentieth century.
