Shipping Policies
We charge £3.50 for postage and packaging using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery within the UK. For overseas charges, other options may be made available during the checkout process.
Royal Mail 1st Class aims to deliver the following working day, including Saturdays.
During the Christmas period, orders received after the 23rd December will not be fulfilled until January 4th.
Return Policy
We aim to provide you with the highest quality product. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us the item for replacement or full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. To return an item, you must notify us in writing at the TOTW PO Box address printed on our Terms and Conditions with your order number. We will be able to process the refund within 30 days of receiving your return and will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
The item must be in its original packaging and be undamaged. You are responsible for the shipping cost.
